This workers accommodation in Antwerp is located in a very convenient neighborhood: Left Bank, on the left river bank of the Schelde. This neighborhood is located near the port of Antwerp, and is a very green and quiet residential area. The city center of Antwerp is only a 15 min walk or a 10 minute bike ride away. The Antwerp Left Bank area is an exceptional part of Antwerp. It is an urban district where high-rise housing blocks are situated next to villas and zones for recreation. A major asset of Left Bank is the open and green character, and the proximity to the port of Antwerp, making it a popular destination for expats moving to Antwerp. The apartment is located on the bank of the Galgenweel and has a view of the lake from the living room window, it is an artificial lake formed during the construction of the highway. It now is a recreational lake for sailing, wakeboarding and other water sports. A walkway goes around the lake and is ideal for running or hiking.
