As part of this commitment, Globexs has once again partnered with Desert Leaves to support a new reforestation project in Fuente la Reina, an area that was severely affected by a forest fire three years ago. The fire caused major damage to the natural landscape, underlining the importance of long-term ecological recovery and sustainable land restoration.

Supporting the recovery of a damaged natural area

The reforestation project in Fuente la Reina focuses on restoring a landscape deeply impacted by wildfire. When vegetation is lost after a fire, the consequences can be long-lasting. Replanting trees is therefore an essential step in helping nature recover and creating the right conditions for long-term environmental regeneration.

Through this initiative, Globexs sponsored the planting of 48 trees, directly contributing to the restoration of the affected area. This sponsorship compensates 7.9 tons of CO₂, allowing Globexs to offset emissions through a concrete and environmentally friendly action.
