The Booking Process
From application to check-in, here's how it works
Submit Application
Contact Globexs and one of our rental agents will initiate the process and explain the economic conditions for your coliving stay.
Present Paperwork
Submit the required documentation to your agent. Upon approval, you'll receive a booking confirmation or proforma invoice.
Make Payment
Pay the proforma invoice to pre-confirm your coliving booking. Your room is now secured.
Sign Contract
Review and sign the rental agreement to finalize your coliving reservation.
Await Check-in Instructions
Room preparation begins and we'll contact you a few days before arrival with practical arrangements.
Access Support Website
Visit support.globexs.com for ongoing questions about your booking, payments and billing.
