The Rental Process

Submit Application
Contact Globexs and one of our rental agents will initiate the process and explain the economic conditions.
Present Paperwork
Submit the required documentation to your agent. Upon approval, you'll receive a booking confirmation or proforma invoice.
Make Payment
Pay the proforma invoice to pre-confirm your booking. Your reservation is now secured.
Sign Contract
Review and sign the rental agreement to finalize your booking.
Await Check-in Instructions
Apartment preparation begins and we'll contact you a few days before arrival with practical arrangements.
Access Support Website
Visit support.globexs.com for ongoing questions about your booking, payments and billing.
The Economic Conditions
To confirm your booking, you'll need to pay the following costs upfront. All prices are transparent with no hidden fees.
First Month's Rent

Agency Fee
€350 - €1,200 + 21% VAT (varies by booking length)
Security Deposit
Refundable at the end of your stay
Linen & Concierge Fee
€150 + 21% VAT for bedding and check-in service
