Description

PONT DE FUSTA is an apartment with terrace in Valencia for expats. It is a furnished 2 bedroom duplex apartment near the old town. This very large duplex apartment is great for a family or two couples coming to Valencia. The terrace that this apartment offers is unique and is a big eye-catcher for everybody. This apartment comes with two bedrooms that both have a double bed and two bathrooms for everybody’s privacy.

The location just across of the river Turia is great as this is a tranquil area but you are steps away from the hustle and bustle of the city. When you watch the video and the pictures of this apartment, you can not not notice the multilevel rooftop terrace. It spans over the complete roof and is in typical Spanish style overlooking the city. This rooftop terrace is great for entertaining, relaxing or even cooking. The terrace has a complete outdoor kitchen and a big dining table that sits up to 6 people very comfortably. It is also the location of your washer. The patio also comes with two comfortable lawn chairs.

When you enter the apartment, you will enter the living room that has two comfortable sofas. The front window can open to a small balcony and you will overlook the public transport station that can bring you anywhere in the city, even to the beach.

The fully equipped open kitchen is adjacent directly to the living room. It is separated from the living room by a small dining room table that sits four people. The kitchen comes with all appliances, such as a dishwasher, and kitchenware included. Just outside the kitchen, you will find the first bedroom that we suggest could be used a master bedroom due to its storage space. The second bedroom upstairs has access to the balcony so depending on who stays in the apartment and occupies the upstairs apartment, you might want to switch destinations of the bedrooms. Both bedroom are equipped with a comfortable double bed and bedding.

While on the second floor the bedroom has the bathroom en-suite, the downstairs bathroom is just across the hall. Both bathrooms have a sink, toilet and walk-in shower. This is a unique and spacious apartment for rent in Valencia.

Location details of this apartment with terrace in Valencia

The area close to this apartment is often referred to as “El Carmen”. It marks the area between the main train station (Estación del Norte), the bullfight ring, Calle Colon, the Riu Turia, The Torres de Serrano and the Torres de Quart. El Carmen is one of the oldest areas in Valencia and one of the most interesting for those who enjoy a walk through history. Although most of the historic city is referred to as El Carmen, the real gems are found more north of the centre.

A photographer, architect or artist’s dream can be found here when walking through the numerous small streets that are covered with graffiti or just to take in the architecture that can be found in- or outside of these buildings.

Make sure to visit the El Carmen Museum which is free and is located in an old monastery. The exhibits that are held here vary from classic but most of the time they are very modern and urban.
