This apartment is located within 10 minutes walk to all bars and restaurants in Ruzafa while being in a quiet local street. You have multiple grocery stores nearby. If you work outside of Valencia or would like to explore, this location is perfect, as you will be near the main road leaving the city and it´s an easy walk to the train station.

Ruzafa is a vibrant and trendy neighborhood. Expats in Valencia love this area because of the local flavor and diversity mixed together.
