Porvenir is a beautiful expat apartment for rent in Valencia. It is an entry-ready apartment located in the vibrant neighborhood of Ruzafa.

This recently renovated apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has a kangaroo bed and has an extra single that can be rolled out. Also the master bed can be split up in two singles. Perfect for families, or for a couple with an extra guest room!

The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower, washing basin and of course a toilet.

The open plan kitchen has everything you need to cook delicious meals. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker.

The dining table comes with four chairs, which is perfect for hosting dinners with friends. The cosy living room consists of a comfortable sofa and a TV. Ideal for relaxing after a long day. There is also a balcony with a table and two chairs.

In a separate storage room, you can find a washing machine and a dryer.

A paid parking garage can be found around the corner and always has availability. They also offer monthly subscriptions.

The apartment is located on the third floor without elevator. But don´t worry, the steps are very easy and you won´t be out of breath running upstairs.

DESCRIPTION LOCATION

This apartment is located within 10 minutes walk to all bars and restaurants in Ruzafa while being in a quiet local street. You have multiple grocery stores nearby. If you work outside of Valencia or would like to explore, this location is perfect, as you will be near the main road leaving the city and it´s an easy walk to the train station.

Ruzafa is a vibrant and trendy neighborhood. Expats in Valencia love this area because of the local flavor and diversity mixed together. Ruzafa is filled with bars, restaurants, terraces, boutique shops and galleries from around the world and is very welcomed by the young traveler or local resident.

Ruzafa is conveniently connected to the Gran Via that connects the city center with the beach or any other part of Valencia. Walking distance from the North Station (the most central station) and Joaquin Soralla which gives you access to other cities or airports in the area. Ruzafa is mostly the first choice for foreigners who come to live in Valencia.

The Mercat de Russafa is the smaller sibling of the Mercat Central that you can find in the city center. Mercats are open every morning, except on Sundays. It is where local farmers, butchers, bakers, fisherman etc come and sell their fresh products.
