At Globexs-Nestor we are receiving many phonecalls from concerned owners of rental apartments in Valencia for managing your rental apartment. Because of the lockdown most of their future bookings got cancelled, their existing tenants left all of the sudden, and on top of all this misery, the owners are unable to reach their apartment to do cleaning or maintenance. Other people (tenants and owners) have contacted us for small maintenance or cleaning jobs in their residencies.
The corona lockdown makes even the easiest job in the house extremely difficult.
At Nestor we are committed to helping our customers during these difficult times. Within the legal frame established by the government we are moving around in Valencia to cover emergencies. This week we have been helping residents with plumbing jobs, hot water boilers, water leaks, broken wifi connections, etc. In other words: we are managing your rental apartment.
