Affordable and flexible living solutions for modern professionals
*August 2024 – Valencia, Spain* – Globexs, a leading company in the temporary housing sector, is proud to announce the opening of two innovative coliving spaces this summer: one in Madrid and one in Valencia. This marks a significant step forward in the company’s expansion strategy, as Globexs moves beyond its traditional portfolio of full-apartment rentals to respond to the evolving needs of modern professionals. The new coliving spaces cater to the growing demand for flexible, community-oriented living solutions that blend privacy, collaboration, and affordability.
Globexs has long been recognized as an industry leader in temporary housing solutions, playing a key role in providing quality accommodations to professionals in the region. Until now, the company's offerings focused exclusively on renting fully furnished apartments. However, the increasing shift towards more shared living models, driven by the rise of remote work and digital nomadism, has prompted Globexs to broaden its horizons. By opening coliving spaces in these two major cities, Globexs not only responds to this new trend but also offers an affordable solution for professionals seeking flexibility and a sense of community.

The decision to open coliving spaces is a strategic one for Globexs, as it aligns with the broader changes in the housing market and the way professionals live and work today. More and more people are embracing remote work, giving them the freedom to choose where they live. This shift has fueled the popularity of coliving arrangements, which offer the perfect blend of independence and community.
Globexs' coliving spaces are designed to cater to professionals aged 25 to 65, offering a diverse community that includes entrepreneurs launching their businesses, digital nomads working remotely from around the globe, freelancers taking on temporary projects, and even master’s and PhD students. This diverse mix of residents ensures that the coliving spaces are vibrant hubs of innovation, collaboration, and cultural exchange, with everyone benefiting from the shared experiences.
"The flexibility of remote work has reshaped how people approach housing," said a spokesperson for Globexs. "Our new coliving spaces reflect this change, offering professionals a place to live where they can share workspaces with like-minded individuals while still enjoying the privacy and comfort of their own fully-equipped living quarters."
At the heart of the coliving concept is the idea of fostering community without sacrificing personal privacy. Globexs' coliving spaces offer residents fully furnished private rooms, each designed to meet the needs of modern professionals. These rooms are complemented by shared spaces that encourage interaction, such as co-working areas, communal kitchens, and social lounges.
While the shared spaces create opportunities for networking, collaboration, and socialization, residents are not obliged to participate in community activities. This approach respects the diverse lifestyles and work rhythms of the residents, allowing them to engage with the community at their own pace.
"One of the biggest misconceptions about coliving is that it's a forced communal experience," said the spokesperson. "At Globexs, we understand that each resident is different. Some may be looking to build connections and collaborate, while others might need peace and quiet to focus on their work. Our coliving spaces offer the perfect balance, providing ample opportunities for community engagement but always respecting the privacy and personal space of each resident."
Globexs' coliving model is ideal for professionals who value flexibility. Whether you are an entrepreneur seeking inspiration, a digital nomad looking to experience new cultures, or a student focused on academic achievement, the coliving spaces provide the perfect setting. Residents benefit not only from high-quality living spaces but also from the ability to connect with a dynamic, international community of professionals.

The choice to open the first two coliving spaces in Madrid and Valencia is a testament to the importance of these cities as major professional and cultural hubs in Spain.
As the capital of Spain, Madrid is a natural choice for the expansion of Globexs' coliving offerings. The city is home to a thriving business ecosystem, attracting entrepreneurs, freelancers, and professionals from all over the world. With its robust public transport network, world-class cultural attractions, and a strong sense of community, Madrid is an ideal location for those looking to combine work with an enriching lifestyle.
Globexs' Madrid coliving space offers residents the chance to live in one of Europe’s most dynamic cities. Whether they are working on a start-up, pursuing a freelance project, or simply looking to immerse themselves in the city's cultural and business scenes, residents will find the perfect blend of work and leisure in this new coliving environment.
Valencia has long been recognized as a leader in the temporary housing sector, with Globexs at the forefront of providing accommodations to professionals in the city. Known for its high quality of life, Valencia offers the perfect balance between professional opportunity and leisure. With its beautiful coastline, mild climate, and growing reputation as a tech hub, the city has become increasingly popular with digital nomads and remote workers.
By opening a coliving space in Valencia, Globexs reinforces its position as the go-to provider of temporary housing in the city. The new coliving space is designed to attract professionals who want to experience the city’s thriving innovation scene while enjoying all the benefits of communal living. Whether residents are working on a long-term project or staying for a few months, they will find everything they need in the Globexs coliving space to thrive professionally and personally.
One of the key advantages of the Globexs coliving spaces is the affordability they offer compared to traditional apartment rentals. As rental prices in major cities continue to rise, coliving provides a more cost-effective alternative, particularly for those who may only be staying for a short period.
By sharing common spaces and amenities, residents can enjoy high-quality living without the financial burden of renting an entire apartment. This affordability is particularly attractive to entrepreneurs, freelancers, and students, allowing them to focus on their professional and personal growth rather than worrying about high living costs.
Moreover, coliving arrangements offer greater flexibility than traditional rentals. Globexs provides a range of rental options, from short-term stays to longer contracts, ensuring that residents can tailor their living arrangements to their specific needs. This flexibility is especially beneficial for digital nomads and freelancers who may not know how long they plan to stay in a particular city.
"Affordability and flexibility are at the core of our coliving offerings," said the Globexs spokesperson. "We want to provide professionals with the living solutions they need to thrive, without the high costs or rigid contracts of traditional apartment rentals."
The opening of the coliving spaces in Madrid and Valencia is just the beginning for Globexs. The company has ambitious plans to expand its coliving offerings in the near future, both in Spain and abroad. Globexs is currently exploring options to open additional coliving spaces in other major Spanish cities, as well as internationally, with Belgium being a key target for expansion.
"As we look to the future, we see coliving as a vital part of our growth strategy," said the spokesperson. "The demand for flexible, affordable housing solutions is only going to increase, and we want to be at the forefront of that trend. We're excited to bring the Globexs coliving experience to more professionals across Spain and beyond."
Globexs’ commitment to providing top-quality housing solutions has been unwavering since its inception. With the launch of these coliving spaces, the company is continuing to innovate and adapt to the changing needs of professionals in a globalized world. As the coliving concept continues to gain popularity, Globexs is well-positioned to become a leader in this space, offering residents not only a place to live but a vibrant community in which to grow and thrive.
The launch of the coliving spaces in Madrid and Valencia represents a new chapter for Globexs, as the company continues to evolve alongside the professionals it serves. The coliving model offers the perfect combination of privacy, community, affordability, and flexibility, making it the ideal solution for today’s mobile and global workforce.
"We’re proud to introduce this modern way of living to professionals in Madrid and Valencia," said the Globexs spokesperson. "Our coliving spaces are about more than just providing a place to live – they’re about creating a community where residents can share experiences, learn from one another, and build meaningful connections."
Globexs is excited to welcome its first residents to the new coliving spaces this summer and looks forward to continuing to expand its offerings in the months and years to come.
