Quart 19 is a nice Valencia apartment with terrace for rent. It is a 1 bedroom apartment for expats near El Carmen. The apartment is very centrally located in the historic city centre of Valencia with easy access to the main road to leave and come to the city. The beautiful high-end apartment comes with a great terrace where you can enjoy the 300 sunny days in Valencia. The terrace is great because of the comfortable outdoor couch. The design throughout the apartment is wonderful and modern.
The spacious living room boasts of natural light because of the large window that leads to the terrace. The comfortable design couch is great for late-night lounging and tv watching. The living room blends perfectly in the well-equipped kitchen that comes with modern appliances and kitchenware. The kitchen incorporates a beautiful dining table that sits up to four people very comfortably.
The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed facing a window that opens to the patio. Next to the bedroom, you can find the gorgeous, designed bathroom that has comfortable shower-tub combination.
We fell in love with the terrace and the elegant decoration of the apartment. The use of a king-size bed is not common in Spain. The bed measures 200cm x 200cm which is very uncommon in Europe. This apartment is personally verified and checked by Globexs.
The expats rental Valencia is located in the Calle Quart, which leads up to the Torres De Quart. The apartment is just south of the Gran Via, so in walking distance to the historical centre of Valencia. Very enjoyable and lively residential neighbourhood with all facilities.
The neighbourhood is offering something for everybody. You will be located just steps from the beautiful botanical garden which is considered an oasis of peace in the busy centre.
Continue walking east and past the botanical garden and you will enter the true historic centre of Valencia where you will find the Mercat Central, the heart of Valencia where you can find fresh produce, meat, fish and plenty more. Mercat Central is open daily to the public except for Sundays. The Mercat Central is surrounded by some great restaurants where you can have a “menu del dia” (menu of the day or lunch menu) for around €10. This includes 2 or 3 courses and sometimes even a drink.
Just a few blocks north of your apartment, you will find the Parque Turia. This is the green lung of Valencia and is what put Valencia on the map. After the flooding in the ’50s, they drained the river and made it into a multi-purpose park. In the Summer you can enjoy concerts here. Sports can be played year-round and it is great for the active expat who likes to run outside.
El Carmen is one of the oldest areas in Valencia and one of the most interesting for those who enjoy a walk through history. The real gems are found more North of the centre. You can do a walking tour through the windy streets of El Carmen and take in the breath-taking architecture and street art that can be found everywhere or do a free visit of Musea El Carmen which is located in an old monastery.
