Corporate accommodation

When your company starts a project abroad there is a lot to organise. One of the biggest challenges is finding appropriate accommodation for your staff. In recent years, monthly corporate rentals have been gaining popularity over hotel accommodation, as they offer flexibility in terms of length of stay, quality of comfort and reduced costs.

Hotel stays are not always a great option when you are looking for workers’ accommodation since there is no kitchen and the facilities are quite limited. With corporate housing on the contrary, you stay in a fully furnished apartment or house.

Corporate apartments, serviced apartments, temporary apartments, and short-term rentals are just a few examples of names used for corporate housing. With so many terms, understanding what it exactly means can be challenging. The idea behind corporate housing is simple: it is a full-service solution that includes full-service amenities.

What makes corporate housing such an attractive option is that it offers plenty of flexibility, which is important in any business. Thanks to its temporary contract, it is much easier to lengthen your employees’ stay. Furthermore, it is always possible to negotiate terms that work best for you. We work with monthly contracts and the possibility to extend also for a few days as long as it is possible for the owner. Contracts can start at any day of choice of course depending on the availability of the property. Prices also come all-inclusive, this means: water, electricity, fast internet)

Advantages of corporate housing

When looking for staff lodging, corporate housing is an excellent option. Since it is aimed at employees and companies, the rentals are often located in the centre of every big city but also close to industrial areas. In the long term, corporate housing is a more budget-friendly option. Another advantage is that the apartments or houses come fully furnished. From kitchen supplies and appliances to bed linens and towels – your workers will be able to move in immediately.

By choosing corporate housing, you can expect to receive exceptional customer service. Renting an apartment can be a stressful experience. Another great benefit is that rental agreements can be personalised depending on your company’s needs. With a temporary contract, it is much easier to lengthen your stay, if needed.

There are many advantages of corporate housing vs traditional hotel stays for companies and employees, but one of the best parts is that you get several options to choose from. The accommodations can come in many different styles. Options vary from studios, multi-bedroom flats, luxury flats, garden houses, flats with private parking, and more. This makes it easy to find workers’ accommodation that fits your taste, needs, and budget.
