The Spain Digital Nomad Program is designed for residents in the Globexs colivings. By paying the globexs agency fee the resident automatically joins the program. This means that the resident can move every month to another Globexs coliving, without paying another agency fee. The resident only has to pay the difference in monthly rent between one room and the other.
Additionally, the resident has the possibility to rent a second room in another coliving with a 50% discount. This allows the resident to move freely between 2 destinations. And of course, the resident automatically joins the Globexs Community which offers great advantages such as major discounts with the Globexs affiliates, and access to the Globexs events.
If you seek both stability and mobility, this program is for you. Booking a stay in any Globexs coliving space automatically makes you a member of the Globexs Community, unlocking the ability to move between locations without extra contracts or deposits.
Residents can change every month to another Globexs coliving without paying a new agency fee. They only pay the difference in the monthly rental. Sometimes they pay an extra (if they move from a cheaper room to a more expensive room). Sometimes they get a refund (if they move from a more expensive room to a cheaper room).
Residents have a 50% discount on a second room in another coliving in another destination. If you rent a room in a Globexs coliving you can rent a second room in another destination for half the price and move freely between both destinations. This allows you to fully enjoy the concept of "Multy-city living" and get the most out of your stay in Spain.
Basically the Digital Nomad Program is FREE for residents in a Globexs coliving. People who rent a room in a coliving pay an agency fee.
