A dedicated Brussels franchise marks the next step in Globexs’ continued growth across Belgium.
Globexs is proud to announce the opening of a new franchise in Brussels, an important step in the company’s continued growth in Belgium and across Europe.
Globexs has already been active in Brussels for years, just as it has been in other key Belgian cities such as Antwerp and Ghent. Through its existing network, Globexs has supported expats, companies, digital nomads, and international professionals with flexible furnished housing solutions in the Belgian capital. Now, with the launch of a dedicated Brussels franchise, Globexs is strengthening its local presence and expanding its market even further.
Brussels is a natural city for this next step. As the home of European institutions, international organizations, embassies, corporate headquarters, and a highly mobile workforce, the city attracts professionals from all over the world. Demand for flexible, furnished, and expat-friendly housing continues to grow, and Globexs is well-positioned to meet that demand with an even more local and focused approach.
The new Brussels franchise will build on Globexs’ existing experience in the city while creating more opportunities for tenants, companies, and property owners. For expats and professionals, it means easier access to move-in-ready furnished homes with flexible rental terms. For companies, it means a reliable partner for employee relocation and temporary corporate housing. For landlords, it creates new possibilities to rent properties to verified international tenants, companies, and professionals.
This expansion follows the same successful approach Globexs has developed in cities like Antwerp and Ghent: combining international expertise with strong local knowledge. By opening a franchise in Brussels, Globexs can offer a more personal, responsive, and market-specific service while continuing to operate under the trusted Globexs brand.

The Brussels franchise is therefore not a first step into the city, but a strategic next step. Globexs already knows the Brussels market, its neighborhoods, its international character, and the specific needs of people relocating there. The franchise allows Globexs to grow that presence, serve more clients, and deepen its role as a specialist in flexible housing for expats and companies.
With this new franchise, Globexs continues its mission to make relocation easier, more human, and better connected. Brussels has long been part of the Globexs story. Now, with a dedicated franchise, that story enters a new and exciting chapter.
