Registering with the commune in Brussels
Anyone staying in Belgium for more than three months must register with the commune of their address within eight days of arrival. In Brussels each of the nineteen communes handles its own registrations, and French is the safer assumption at the counter.
Globexs apartments can be used as a registered address when the owner agrees. Send a written request to your rental agent, we obtain the owner's written permission and tell you the decision.
