Who we house in Ghent
Corporate housing demand in Ghent comes from a handful of very large industrial employers rather than from an institutional quarter. Volvo Car Gent, with around 6,500 staff, is the largest private employer in East Flanders. ArcelorMittal Gent runs Belgium's only flat carbon steel plant, with around 4,700 employees. Teams, extensions and changes

Registering with the commune in Ghent
Anyone staying in Belgium for more than three months must register with the commune of their address within eight days of arrival. Ghent is Dutch-speaking, and the city administration works in Dutch.
