Vestuario is a central housing in Valencia for expats, furnished with a bedroom. This is a newly built house from 2007 with all the comforts. The layout has been completely modified to make digital nomads and expats coming to Valencia, feel comfortable.

It has a master bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed. Both have an en-suite bathroom, the first one with a bath and the other one with a shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you may need. There is even an espresso maker, washer/dryer, small paella pan, tea kettle, and a toaster! Maybe you can use your time here to indulge yourself in the Spanish kitchen and learn some recipes.

The living room is spacious and bright, thanks to the big windows. There is a TV adapted to streaming platforms, a comfortable chaise lounge sofa, and a dining table for up to 6 people! In other words: the perfect expat place!

Located in the heart of the city, in one of the most beautiful squares of Valencia, it allows visiting some of the most emblematic buildings and districts of the city: the palace of the Marquis de Dos Aguas, the Plaza de la Virgen, the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, the El Carmen district or the Gardens of the Turia River. It is also a short walk from the Corte Ingles shopping center and Colon shopping street.

This expat apartment in Valencia is located in the heart of the city. This area is often referred to as “El Carmen”. It is the area between the Main train station (Estación del Norte), the bullfight ring, Calle Colon, the Riu Turia, The Torres de Serrano, and the Torres de Quart. El Carmen is growing to be one of the busiest places in Europe for tourism. Shop, bars, cafes, restaurants, winding streets, and ancient ruins. It really is one of the finest examples of the Spanish Old Town
