The specifics of a Globexs rental apartment
Other than safety and comfort, what do you get when you rent a Globexs apartment?
- 1 monthly bill: The tenant pays 1 fixed amount per month, all on 1 bill or company invoice
- Energy costs: With a maximum of a total amount of 80 or 100€ energy costs are included: water, gas and electricity
- Wifi and TV: Wifi and TV connection are included
- Other expenses: Included in the expenses are the community costs, ibi, etc.
- Fully furnished: Including kitchen equipment, bedlinen and towels
The conditions of this winter promotion
The winter promotion is subject to the following conditions:
- Rental contract of minimal 3 months
- We do not guarantee that your first choice is still available, even though we will do our best to keep the selection of available apartments up-to-date.
- The promotion automatically ends on February 28th
- The published price is the rental price only. Monthly expenses will be added to determine the final price.
