This penthouse in Fuerteventura is located on the second floor of residential building, accessible with elevator. 103m² apartment consist of bright living room and kitchen, master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, child bedroom, main bathroom, utility room and “chill out winter garden”. From there, spiral stairs take you to 110m² private roof top terrace, that will surprise you with spectacular views of neighboring islands Lanzarote and Los Lobos, as well as the dunes and beaches of Corralejo
It’s located in one of Corralejos biggest residential communities Mirador de Las Dunas, positioned in the quiet south eastern end of the city. It is neighboring the national park Las Dunas, where you can enjoy most beautiful sand beaches of the north end of the island.
You will find kitchen equipped with all the appliances that you need, to prepare your daily meals. A big fridge will provide you with plenty of space for your groceries, as well as for the goods you want to freeze. The kitchen has also a dishwasher, oven, classic coffee machine and ceramic cooking plate. If you have guests the kitchen table easily accommodates 6 adults. In the living room there is a 55″ TV with Amazon Fire stick, that will take you to your favorite digital channels. The Fire stick has an Alexa connection to assist you. Under the TV is a sound bar that could be connected via Bluetooth. Through all of the apartment there is WiFi available and if you find a spot that have no WiFi coverage, there is a WiFi booster in one of the sockets to move around. For even greater commodity, you can extend the sofa in huge relaxing area, to enjoy your favorite show, with your favorite people.
Master bedroom present itself with 180x200cm king size bed, build in closed and private bathroom, with shower and toilet. Room has remote controlled dimmable LED light with ventilator.
Child room has 90x200cm cabin bed, with florescent stars celling, that children adore. In the room we shall leave some toys and books so kids can enjoy their time.
The apartment is child safe, so there are locks on the windows, corner/edge protectors and some cabinet safety closers.
Next to the entrance is the utility room, with washing/drying machine and apartments own hot water boiler.
Next to it is apartments main bathroom with bathtub.
From the “chill out winter garden” the stairs will take you to the private roof top terrace. There’s plenty of space for sunbathing, stargazing, reading a book in the hammock, or even if you want to put up a small children pool.
This penthouse in Fuerteventura comes with a private parking place, right in front of the building entrance.
Just next to the building is our community pool and relaxing area. There are two pools (big pool and small one for toddlers), as well as plenty of shade under the umbrellas, just in case the sun isn’t your favorite thing.
Both community area and pool are accessible with entrance cards that you will be provided with.

Location details
This 2 bedroom penthouse in Corralejo has in walking distance (5-7min) from our apartment, there are two biggest grocery shops Lidl and Mercadona.
Close by you will also find bars, restaurants, private spa, padel and tennis courts, olimpic swimming pool, RC circuit, children playgrounds and a lot of possibilities for walking around and recreation.
Next to the community are dunes, where you can enjoy endless sand areas.
Fuerteventura is an island of volcanoes and all of them are free to climb and explore.
Always busy city center is a (5min) car dive away and the closest sandy beaches as well. Please see pictures of the surroundings of Corralejo. Such a beautiful place!
