DESCRIPTION LOCATION

Poblats Marítims is the name for the beach areas of Valencia of which Cabanyal is part of. It consists of a series of sandy beaches linked by a promenade with palm trees. The surrounding streets attract summer visitors with their souvenir shops, cafes, light-hearted restaurants, and bars and clubs open until late at night.

Close to your apartment you can find the Mercat Cabanyal and the Valencia Rice Museum, dedicated to the history of the production of this cereal in the city. El Cabanyal-Canyamelar which, for a good part of the nineteenth century was a separate town called El Poble Nou de la Mar. The neighborhood’s present name derives from the cabins or shanties which became home to those Valencians who wanted to earn a living from both agriculture and the sea. The heart of the neighborhood has been declared an Asset of Cultural Interest thanks to its unique urban fabric and traditional architecture.

Recent governmental investments allowed to make a lot of the streets pedestrian which makes the area very child-friendly and is starting to attract more and more young families to the area.  If you do miss the urban lifestyle of a city, you can find your way to the historic city centre of Valencia in multiple ways. Public transport is available all over the area and you can also use one of the many bike or scooter share programs that the city allows.

The area of this rental apartment Valencia Beach has also become home to different kinds of expats and travelers. This cultural attractiveness generated a special kind of business opportunity and a lot of local companies have invested in coworking spaces and making the area convenient for this new kind of inhabitants. The actual neighborhood doesn’t have such a vibrant nightlife, but there are some great traditional restaurants to choose from, including one of the oldest, Casa Montaña, established in 1836. Parking is easy, and there are supermarkets and schools around, making it a reasonable choice for families

Yes. With Globexs, all utilities are typically included in the monthly rental price, including electricity, water, gas, and Wi-Fi. Please note that energy costs are included up to the limit stated in the particular conditions of the contract. If the energy consumption exceeds the agreed amount, the excess will be charged to the tenant. Some apartments also include cleaning services or optional add-ons, which are specified in the property listing. This all-inclusive model makes it easier for expats and remote workers to budget their stay in Valencia without dealing with contracts, service providers, or additional paperwork.

Can companies rent apartments for their employees?
Yes, many of our clients are companies that need to house employees temporarily in Valencia. Globexs provides corporate rental solutions, offering furnished apartments with flexible terms that suit project-based work, relocations, or international hires. We handle invoicing, lease agreements, and can assist with onboarding, making it easy for HR departments and business managers to find the right accommodation for their teams.
Can I view the apartment before booking?

Yes, viewings are possible in many cases, and we’re happy to arrange a viewing appointment whenever it’s practically feasible. However, please note that apartment viewings depend on owner availability and tenant consent.

If the current tenant does not allow access, or if the owner (landlord) is unavailable, a physical viewing may not be possible. But don’t worry — most apartments listed on the Globexs platform have been personally verified by our team, ensuring that what you see online matches the reality.

Can I register at the apartment address (empadronamiento)?
No, unfortunately, empadronamiento (official address registration) is generally not allowed in the apartments offered by Globexs. Our rentals are specifically intended for temporary use, and most landlords do not support official residence registration. If you need to register for immigration or bureaucratic purposes, we recommend contacting our legal relocation team, who can advise you on alternative options in the city.

What if I need empadronamiento for immigration or administrative purposes?

If you need to register your address for immigration procedures, residency applications, or other bureaucratic reasons, please contact our legal relocation team. They will advise you on possible solutions and help you understand your options.

Get in touch with our legal experts to receive personalized guidance.

Why is empadronamiento not possible with Globexs rentals?

Empadronamiento is typically reserved for long-term or permanent housing, while Globexs specializes in mid-term rentals for expats, remote workers, and digital nomads. Our properties are designed for flexible, temporary stays — not for official residence registration.

Summary

  • Empadronamiento is not allowed in any Globexs apartment.

  • Our rentals are strictly for temporary accommodation.

  • If you require address registration, our legal team can help you explore your options.
