We are a retired married couple from the USA. We started our Spain residency process in January 2020, then due to COVID-19 it was delayed for months and became complicated!
Lacking strong Spanish language skills in combination with the bureaucratic mess COVID created, navigating the various Spanish agencies and processes associated with relocation to Valencia and Spanish residency would have been difficult and stressful. Fortunately we discovered Globexs.
Our experience with Globexs has been excellent all around. They assisted us with a variety of tasks. From residency related (town hall Empadronamiento and National Police) to practical matters like banking, utilities, phones and internet.
We would like to thank Ms. Tiscar Navarro, Ms. Carine Hulmann and **especially Mr. Antonio Cubel and Mr. Kostadin Prokopiev **. All were pleasant, professional, responded in a timely manner, available for questions/requests, and **put in the extra effort when required**.
